Individual User Rewards

Every customer that creates a user account on this website is automatically added to our Rewards Program.  Each user starts earning points with every order placed.  As reward points are earned the point status can be checked and points redeemed for valuable discounts. A user can redeem their points for a 10% or 15% discount off an entire order or a $50 or $100 credit toward any purchase. 

Hotel Management Accounts Rewards

In addition to each user earning reward points our Hotel Management clients can earn additional year-end rebates. each management company that has their company brand store on Hotel PromoShop will have a user group created. All members of your user group are included in your year-end spend report. So earn valuable rebates for your company from the purchases your corproate employees and hotel properties make for branded products on Hotel PromoShops.

 

We start by building you a brand store. We work with you to develop the products and branding you want for your company and launch the store. Rewards & INFO

All products are made-to-order. Each item is custom decorated after your order is placed. There are no product returns for decorated items. Make sure all proofs are carefully reviewed prior to approval.  Please carefully check all apparel sizing charts. Sizing charts vary from brand to brand and even from different styles within the same brand.  There are no returns for sizing issues

 

Production Times

Standard production times vary by product. Each product page states the standard production time for that item. Production times start the day after you approve your product proof. All product proofs are emailed to the customer for approval prior to production starting.

Product Proofs

All custom orders placed online will require a product proof approval before production is started on your items. You will receive an email notification with a link to view your product proofs online. You must reply with your approval to the email or any requested changes. It is your responsibility to ensure all logos adhere to your branding guidelines and all copy is proof-read and accurate. Once an order proof is approved production will begin the next business day.

 

Order Shipment

The products in your order may ship from several different locations. Products may arrive at different times. Shipping notifications are sent for each shipment.

 

Returns Policy

Decorated items may NOT be returned, except for a production error or defect. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you are requesting to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions if the product can be returned and how to return items from your order.

Shipping & Handling

We quote all shipping in the Check-out process.  You can choose to be charged for shipping OR provide your own FedEx account to have us ship your order on your account to cover all freight costs. We can ship to virtually any address in the U.S., Canada and some International locations. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and volume-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
